Yes, owners are welcome to make amendments to the internal of the unit (but not of a structural nature) using their preferred architect once transfer has taken place. Any proposed internal changes will require prior approval of the Body Corporate. Any structural alterations, such as wall penetrations and the like will be subject to Enigneers Approval.

There will not be any air conditioning installed upfront, however owners can install their own air conditioning. The Developers will provide ducts to conceal the condensers, and bulkheads where possible to conceal the copper piping and drainage piping to facilitate an easy installation process.
